Privacy policy

Your name, email address and phone number; the address of your property and your relationship to it; access notes such as gate or lockbox codes, which we encrypt; records and photos of the visits made there; the text messages you send us and we send you; your answers when asked whether you agree to receive texts, with the exact wording you were read or shown; and records of your sign-ins.

To provide your home services: scheduling visits, letting crews in, sending visit updates, offers and receipts, answering your messages, and keeping a record of the work. We also use it to keep accounts secure and to meet our legal obligations.

The provider that serves your home, and the companies that run parts of Ambr for us, such as hosting, databases, email and text message delivery, only so they can provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

As long as you receive services through Ambr, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or we need it to settle a dispute. Records of visits, consent and messages are kept as a history and are not edited after the fact.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@meetambr.com. We may need to keep some records the law requires.

Only the people who need your information for their work can see it, gate and lockbox codes are encrypted, and every access to sensitive information is logged.

If we change this policy, we update this page and its date.
